We are a fully licensed and registered Indonesian entity, ensuring legal and financial accountability.

  • Legal Structure: Bali Yacht Wedding operates under a registered Indonesian Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas, PT), fully compliant with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
  • Tourism Business License (SIUP Pariwisata): We hold a valid, top-tier business license issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf), authorizing us to conduct tour and travel operations.
  • Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP): We are a registered taxpayer in Indonesia, contributing to the national economy and adhering to all fiscal regulations.
  • Crew Welfare & Insurance: All our full-time Indonesian employees are registered for and covered by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (the national social security program for employment) and BPJS Kesehatan (the national health insurance program).

Maritime Safety and Vessel Certification

  • Directorate General of Sea Transportation (DJPL): All our vessels are legally registered in Indonesia and undergo regular, rigorous inspections by the DJPL (known locally as HUBLA) to ensure seaworthiness and compliance.
  • SOLAS & STCW Compliance: Our onboard safety equipment (including EPIRBs, SARTs, life rafts, and fire suppression systems) meets the stringent requirements of the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS). Our captains and crew all hold internationally recognized STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) certifications.
  • Navigation & Communication: Each vessel is equipped with redundant, modern navigation systems (GPS, Radar, AIS) and multiple communication channels, including VHF radio, SSB radio, and a satellite telephone for constant contact, even when out of cellular range.

  • Medical Partnerships: We have a standing partnership with BIMC Hospital Nusa Dua for priority medical consultation and emergency evacuation services. All vessels are equipped with extensive medical kits, and senior crew members are certified in First Aid and CPR.
