Credentials: MBA from INSEAD, B.S. in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, 20+ years in luxury hospitality leadership with Aman Resorts and Four Seasons.
Bio: Bagus is the visionary behind the Juara Holding Group’s luxury experiences portfolio. After a distinguished career managing some of the world’s most iconic resorts, he returned to his Indonesian roots with a mission to showcase the archipelago’s maritime beauty to a discerning global audience. He combines a deep understanding of UHNW client expectations with a passion for preserving the heritage of the Phinisi schooner. Bio: Dewi is the heart of our celebration design. With over 15 years of experience orchestrating high-profile destination weddings across Southeast Asia, she possesses an encyclopedic knowledge of both the creative and legal facets of a Bali wedding. Dewi maintains close relationships with the Civil Registry Office (Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil) and a network of multi-lingual, government-approved officiants, ensuring every ceremony is not only beautiful but also legally binding. Her calm demeanor and meticulous attention to detail make her an invaluable guide for our clients.
Captain I Made Wirawan
Director of Maritime Operations & Safety
Credentials: Master Mariner (ANT I) from Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang; STCW, GMDSS, and SOLAS certified; 25+ years as Captain of private yachts and Phinisi charters.
Bio: Captain Made is the guardian of our fleet and the safety of everyone on board. His unparalleled experience navigating the waters from the Lombok Strait to the Komodo National Park ensures every voyage is smooth and secure. He is responsible for crew training, vessel maintenance, and ensuring our operations exceed the standards set by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation (Kementerian Perhubungan).
